Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIxisCheck website and application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This is a general-purpose template provided as a starting point and does not constitute legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and tailored to your business and jurisdiction before relying on it. In particular, confirm the governing-law and dispute-resolution sections.

1. The Service

AIxisCheck is a workspace for capturing, reviewing, approving, versioning, and sharing AI-generated documents and prototypes, including a two-way revision loop with Claude. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

To use most features you must sign in (currently via Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, prototypes, comments, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant AIxisCheck a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and those you share with. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and share it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you lack the rights to use;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service;
Use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our permission;
Misuse the Claude integration or any third-party service connected through the Service.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Output

The Service integrates with third parties including Google, Supabase, and Anthropic (Claude). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. AI-generated and AI-revised content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before relying on or shipping it. The Service is a tool to help you do that review, not a guarantee of correctness.

6. Plans, Fees, and Free Access

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans (for example, team plans) in the future. If we do, the applicable fees, billing terms, and any changes will be presented to you before you incur charges, and your continued use of paid features will be subject to those terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by AIxisCheck and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIXISCHECK AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIxisCheck and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any disputes not subject to other agreed dispute-resolution terms.
