Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AIxisCheck ("AIxisCheck," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google to create and manage your account.
- Content you provide. Documents, prototypes, comments, review states, version history, and other content you create, upload, import, or capture into your workspace (including content created via Claude through our MCP integration).
- Usage information. Basic logs and analytics about how the Service is used, such as actions taken, timestamps, and device/browser information.
- Local storage and cookies. We use browser storage and cookies as needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authentication, saving your work, and syncing across devices;
- Enable core features such as review, comments, approvals, version history, sharing, and the two-way Claude revision loop;
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI Processing and the Claude Integration
The Service integrates with Claude (provided by Anthropic) through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you capture a document from Claude or send comments back to Claude for revision, the relevant content is processed by Anthropic to generate or revise that content.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your content. Your use of Claude is also subject to Anthropic's own privacy policy and terms.
4. How Information Is Stored and Secured
Your account data and content are stored using Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your workspace content is restricted by workspace membership and role-based permissions. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database and auth), Google (sign-in), and Anthropic (Claude/MCP processing), each acting on our behalf or under their own terms.
- People you share with. If you invite collaborators to a workspace or publish a public share link, your content is visible to those people.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIxisCheck, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your content or request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or backup purposes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data directly in the app or by contacting us. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Google, Supabase, and Anthropic). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. Contact Us
